Do you offer services for both the household and business customer?
Yes you can store household items or business items in your room. Or we have a archive/business
storage department.
Are there moving trucks available to use?
No we do not offer a moving truck, but we have good recommendations for you.
Do you have moving carts available?
Yes we have moving trolleys and sack trucks available free of charge.
Do you have video cameras?
We have a highly sophisticated security system with over 24 on site cameras
Do I get a lock when I rent a unit?
No you provide your own padlock and key, we do not have a key to any rooms.
Do you offer RV/boat/car/motorcycle parking?
Yes we have a commercial parking department.
What is a drive-up unit?
A drive up unit is a unit you can drive you car right up to.
What's the difference between office hours and gate hours?
The office hours are the times that there will be someone in the office. The gate
hours are when the site will be open.
How far in advance can I book a reservation?
You can book and reserve a room for when ever you like. If you would like to reserve
it for more than a month you will have to pay a deposit.
What is the difference between an indoor and outdoor unit?
An indoor unit is in one of our warehouses. And outdoor unit the entrance to your
unit will be outside
What kind of security do you have?
We have a security man on site 24 hours. We have recorded cctv. And electronic swipe
card doors.
Do you accept credit cards?
No we do not accept credit cards, cheque,cash or direct debit are the payment options.
Can I pay my bills online?
No but we offer discount for direct debit.
What sizes are available and how do I pick my size?
We range the smallest of units to the largest. Just give us a call for a free quote
on unit size.
